Terms of Sale
Last updated: October 26, 2026
These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern every purchase made on this website (the "Website") and your use of the software, updates, Telegram group and support you receive with it. "We", "us" and "our" mean GoodFallen, the operator of the Website. "You" means the buyer.
By completing a purchase, downloading the software or using it, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms, the Risk Disclaimer and the Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not make a purchase.
1. What we sell
We sell software, not an investment product, a trading service or a promise of income. A purchase of Model N-1 ("N-1") includes:
- a downloadable archive with the complete Python source code of a trading bot for Polymarket's short crypto Up or Down markets, its setup guide and an example settings file; and
- access to our private Telegram group for owners, where we post updates and help with setup.
N-1 is sold in a limited run of 15 copies. Each purchase is one copy. The limit is a cap on how many copies we sell; it is not a promise about how many other people trade Polymarket's markets, with this or any other strategy.
You run the software yourself, on your own computer or a server you rent, with your own Polymarket account, wallet and funds. We never hold, manage or have access to your funds, and we do not trade on your behalf. Unit zero, the copy of the bot we run on our own public Polymarket account, is not part of what you buy; we may keep running it, change it or stop it at any time.
2. Who may buy
You may buy only if you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. You may not buy if you are subject to sanctions, or if buying or using the software is prohibited where you live.
You alone are responsible for checking that trading on Polymarket, and running automated trading software, is lawful in your country and is permitted for you under Polymarket's own terms of use. Polymarket is not available in every country. Do not use a VPN, a server in another country or any other means to access Polymarket from a place where it restricts or prohibits access. Our software is not intended for that use, and we accept no responsibility if you use it that way.
3. Price and payment
Prices are shown on the Website in US dollars and are one-time payments. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout when you create your order; later copies may cost more. Payment is made in cryptocurrency through our payment processor. Your purchase is complete once the payment is confirmed for the full amount.
You are responsible for network fees, exchange-rate differences and any taxes that apply to your purchase in your country. Cryptocurrency payments cannot be reversed by us or by you; check the amount, coin and network before you send.
4. Delivery
When your payment is confirmed, the checkout page shows a download button for the archive. Each order can be downloaded once, so save the archive and keep a copy. If the download fails or you lose the file, message our support on Telegram with your payment ID and we will send it to you again.
To join the owners' Telegram group, message our support with your payment ID.
5. License
The software remains our property. When you pay, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use, run and modify the software for your own trading.
You may not sell, resell, sublicense, publish, share, give away or otherwise distribute the software, any modified version of it, the contents of our Telegram group or your access to it, in whole or in part, whether for payment or for free. If you break this section, we may end your access to the Telegram group, updates and support without a refund, and we may take any other action the law allows.
6. Updates, Telegram group and support
We publish updates, fixes and new versions in the owners' Telegram group when we decide to, with no upgrade fees. We intend to keep the software working as Polymarket changes, but we do not promise to release any particular update, to release an update by any particular date, to keep the software compatible with Polymarket or any other service, or to keep maintaining the software for any particular period. We may stop developing the software or close the Telegram group at any time.
The software you have already downloaded remains yours to use under your license even if updates stop. Support is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis and does not include writing custom code or managing your trading for you. We may remove anyone from the group who abuses other members or breaks these Terms.
7. Polymarket and other third-party services
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Polymarket. Polymarket is a trademark of its owner and is used on the Website only to describe what the software works with.
The software depends on services we do not control, including Polymarket, its APIs, order books and fee and rebate programs, the Polygon network, USDC, price and resolution sources such as Chainlink, your server provider, Telegram and any AI tools you use to set it up. Any of them may at any time, without notice to us:
- change their rules, terms of use, fees, rebates, market types or the way markets are settled;
- change, limit or shut down their APIs;
- limit, restrict or prohibit automated trading or bots;
- suspend, restrict or close your account or block access from your country or your server; or
- stop operating, temporarily or permanently.
Any of these may stop the software working, in whole or in part, or make its strategy unprofitable. This is a risk you accept when you buy. It is not a defect in the software and it does not make us liable to you. If it happens, we may release an update, but we are not obliged to.
8. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- keeping your private keys, wallet, server and Telegram account secure;
- configuring the software, including its position size, daily loss limit and exposure cap, and testing it in paper mode (the default) before you trade with real funds;
- monitoring the software while it runs and stopping it when needed;
- every trade the software places for you, and every gain or loss that results; and
- complying with the laws of your country, with Polymarket's terms of use, and with your tax obligations.
9. No investment advice and no guarantee of results
Nothing on the Website, in the software, in our Telegram group or in our support is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to trade. We are not licensed financial advisers.
We do not guarantee any profit, return or result. The figures we show, including unit zero's live numbers, examples, screenshots and anything owners tell you, describe the past or the experience of particular accounts and do not predict your results. Trading on prediction markets can lose all the money you commit. Read the Risk Disclaimer before you buy.
10. No warranty
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the software, updates and support are provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted or error-free operation, profitability, or compatibility with Polymarket or any other service.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, lost funds, lost data, missed opportunities, account restrictions, or any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, however caused, arising from the software, its use or inability to use it, a third-party service, or these Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for all claims arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you actually paid us for that purchase.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, such as liability for fraud.
12. Indemnity
You agree to compensate us for any claims, losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, that arise because you broke these Terms, broke the law, or used the software in breach of Polymarket's or another service's terms.
13. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
14. Your rights as a consumer
If you buy as a consumer, the laws of your country may give you rights that cannot be waived by contract. Nothing in these Terms takes away those rights. Where a section of these Terms conflicts with such a law, that section applies only as far as the law permits.
15. Website content
Product descriptions, examples, strategy explanations, figures and answers on the Website and in our messages are given for information and to describe the software. They are not warranties and do not change these Terms. If anything on the Website conflicts with these Terms, these Terms prevail.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The version published on the date of your purchase applies to that purchase. A new version applies to updates, group access and support you receive after it is published, from the date of publication.
17. Disputes
If you have a complaint, contact our support on Telegram first and describe it. We will try in good faith to resolve it within 30 days, and you agree to give us that chance before starting any other proceedings.
18. General
If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Our failure to enforce any part is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. These Terms, together with the Risk Disclaimer and the Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about your purchase. If a translation of these Terms differs from the English version, the English version prevails.
